PROJECT BRIEF

Interactions Corporation required a brand refresh to support its work helping large organizations manage and improve customer support experiences. The resulting updated identity introduced a simplified logomark, modern typography, and a bold yet approachable color palette designed to feel more human and less abstract. The result is a visual system that brings structure and personality to a highly technical space, making the brand feel easier to understand and easier to engage with.
